Tortellini are small pasta pouches, usually filled with ground meat and traditionally served in a simple broth.  On a cold day, tortellini in brodo is comfort food at its best.  With a little help from Josh Laurano of Tarry Lodge, you can be an expert at making these delicious “navel-shaped” dumplings from Modena.
