Rim a Glass

Whether it’s salt on a classic margarita or something more esoteric, a rimmed glass adds an extra layer of flavor to your cocktail.  But done incorrectly, the rim can look sloppy and uninviting, can be overpowering, or can sink into the drink itself and mess with the perfectly balanced flavors you painstakingly measured.  Estelle Bossy, head bartender at Del Posto, gives us the proper technique.
