Olives add a delicious briny kick to many dishes, but your dinner guests won’t thank you if they bite into a pit.  Learn two techniques for pitting olives with Nicole Brisson, executive chef at Carnevino.  Tip: When buying olives, those marked “pitted” have already had their pits removed.
