1 bottle of French Champagne, such as Billecart
2 ounces crème de cassis, such as Vissoux or Lejay
Place two Champagne flutes in the freezer. Wait at least 10 minutes, then drop a raspberry in each and add 1 ounce of crème de cassis for each cocktail. Slowly and carefully fill the rest of each flute with champagne, then serve to Mama at once with a thank you.
You will have leftover champagne. You're welcome!
