Breadcrumbs are super useful in breading, but can also be added to other dishes like pasta for some extra texture and a nutty flavor.  Anthony Sasso, Chef at Casa Mono, demonstrates how to make ‘em yourself.  Stale bread works as well as fresh, so if you’ve got an older loaf lying around, this is a great use for it!
