I get to the quiet waters of the Puget Sound about once a year. I always see family and hit old standards, but I also try the newest restaurants and foodstuffs.


Tom Douglas is an old friend of mine and perhaps not the best restaurateur in Seattle but on the West Coast. His understanding of food and freshness is just spot on. We always stop by Salumi, my dad’s shop.
