Eataly, the largest artisanal Italian food and wine marketplace in the world, is finally here in New York. Two years after Oscar Farinetti opened his groundbreaking food and wine market in Turin, Italy, he has teamed up with Mario Batali, Joe Bastianich, and Lidia Matticchio Bastianich of Batali-Bastianich (B&B) Hospitality Group to transform a 50,000 square - foot space in the Flatiron District into New York City’s premier culinary mecca.
The marketplace located at 200 Fifth Avenue (the former Toy Building) is the city's ultimate destination for food lovers to shop and taste and savor – an extravaganza includes a premier retail center for Italian delicacies and wine, a culinary educational center, and a diverse slate of boutique eateries. This gourmand's delight features cured meats and cheeses, fruits and vegetables, fresh meats, fresh fish, handmade pasta, desserts and baked goods and coffees.
LA PIAZZA
Meet friends at LA PIAZZA, our standing table enoteca in the heart of Eataly. Its marble cornered facades will transport you to the grandeur of Rome. Indulge in the highest quality Salumi & Formaggi. Order from our crudo menu and choose from Dave Pasternack’s freshest fish.
LA PIAZZA is open Monday-Saturday from 11am-10pm and on Sundays from 12pm- 9:30pm. There are no reservations, but there is full table service, as well as a stellar wine and beer list by the bottle and glass.
IL PESCE
Dave Pasternack is an unadulterated fish guru. He is famous for it and now you can enjoy his seafood at not just Esca, but at IL PESCE too. Visit our Seating Point to get a counter or table spot to dine on Dave’s raw bar offerings, as well as his creative and traditional takes on Italian seafood.
LE VERDURE
In view of our abundant local produce, LE VERDURE honors ingredients with preparations that focus on flavor, not fussiness. Try our version of bagna cauda and entrée dishes.Specials on the chalkboard describe today’s harvest.

LA PIZZA & LA PASTA
Eataly has teamed up with experts Rossopomodoro to bring you classic Neapolitan pizza at LA PIZZA & PASTA. Creamy mozzarella, charred and elastic crust and sweet San Marzano tomatoes make for a pie so delicious you will be singing along with our vibrant Neapolitan pizzaioli. Watch dough fly and order a plate of pasta for a meal that will make you want to come right back.
LA PIZZA & PASTA is open Monday-Saturday from 11am-10:30pm, and on Sundays from 12pm-10pm. Seats are available at our Seating Point near the Bakery and are available first come first served. BIRRERIA
BIRRERIA is a rooftop restaurant and brewery that offers the highest quality beer and food under the stars and skyline. In collaboration with Dogfish Head, Baladin and Del Borgo, we are brewing unfiltered,unpasteurized and naturally carbonated Cask Ales just 30 feet from where you sit, eat and drink. The menu conjures the family style feasts of an Italy influenced by Austria and Germany and is unlike anything else offered at Eataly's five restaurants.
BIRRERIA is open Sunday-Tuesday from 11:30am-1am and Wednesday-Saturday from 11:30am-2am. Live Music Every Sunday starting at 10pm.
