Ristorante features Batali and Bastianich's acclaimed blend of
exquisite Italian food and a casual elegance that captures the soul of
an Italian grandmother dancing the tango with pop rock hipsters.

Their second Vegas-based project, opening in April also in the Venetian Hotel, is called Enoteca San Marco and will be open
all day, serving casual Italian fare.
