Babbo Events

VINTAGE BABBO
On selected Monday evenings (usually once per month), we invite Italian wine lovers to join us for a special Tasting Menu paired with the best vintage wines from our extensive cellar. Unlike many restaurant wine dinners, these are not distributor-sponsored events featuring "current-release" wines. The allure of "Vintage Babbo" is that it is a personal expression of the restaurant, an opportunity for us to dig deep into our cellar (as much as it may sometimes hurt to see these wines leave) and share the best of the best with our customers.

In partnership with our colleagues at Italian Wine Merchants, we have continued to expand our Monday night "Vintage Babbo" tasting series. MONDAY APRIL 23RD
On Monday, April 23rd, we will be serving a special Vintage Babbo dinner featuring wines from around the boot that are aged to their fullest expression. Join us to taste an exciting array of wines from around Italy that have been given the time to properly open and evolve. Featured producers will include Angelo Gaja, Emidio Pepe, Mastroberardino, and Renato Ratti. The youngest red wine will be from the great 1985 vintage. This dinner promises to be one not to miss!
