Cocktail Sauce

Raw Oysters with 3 Sauces for Mario Batali's Cookbook, "Crop Stars" 2013


Ingredients

Makes 1 ½ cups

1 cup ketchup

3 tablespoons prepared horseradish

Juice of 1 lemon

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon chipotle hot sauce

Directions

In a small bowl, stir together the ketchup, horseradish, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and chipotle sauce.

 

Serve in a small bowl with an espresso spoon.
