Makes 1 cocktail
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 ounces espresso (double shot)
1 ½ ounces peppermint schnapps
1 ½ ounces bourbon
Heat milk and vanilla until hot but not boiling.
Pour into a large goblet and add espresso, schnapps and bourbon, then stir to combine.
Settle down for a long winter’s night and sip with abandon!
