Rôtisserie Georgette

The first thing you’ll notice when you walk in is the rich, beckoning smell of chickens slowly spit-roasting in the back of the room. Owner Georgette Farkas does one thing and she does it well: traditional Parisian rotisserie chicken (poulet roti).
 
Though the atmosphere and concept are traditional, we find the straightforwardness of it refreshing.
