Please include a self-addressed (5x7 inch) stamped envelope as well as the name it should be signed to, or else we will not be able to fulfill your request.
How can I get tickets to a taping of a show on the Food Network?
Currently there are no shows in production.
Can I arrange to have Mario stop by my table if I make a reservation at one of his restaurants?
Mario is at one of his NY restaurants almost every evening of the week. Due to his busy schedule we cannot schedule table visits but depending on the evening you could see him at any of his many New York restaurants.
Can you help with a reservation?
Reservations cannot be made through this site. To make reservations, please contact the individual restaurant you are interested in. Please note that reservations are taken up to 30 numerical days in advance.
Where do I apply for front of the house or back of the house positions at a Mario Batali restaurant?
Resumes may be sent to each restaurant individually. You can contact each restaurant's respective chef and/or general manager by contacting the restaurant's website.
How do I go about getting an externship at one of Mario's restaurants?
If you're in culinary school and would like to apply for an externship opportunity at one of our restaurants, please send your resume and a cover letter to Elizabeth Meltz at ermeltz@bandbhg.com. A copy of the cover letter must be included in the body of the email (not just as an attachment) and please include the name of the restaurant you are interested in and the dates of your externship in the subject heading.
